Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of resumecopilot ("the service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

What the service does

resumecopilot uses AI to tailor your resume to a job description and generate related materials (a cover letter, match score, gap analysis, and interview prep). Output is generated by an AI model and is provided as a draft to help you — you are responsible for reviewing it for accuracy and truthfulness before using it in any application.

Accounts

You need an account to use paid features. Keep your password secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. You must provide a valid email and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Credits and payment

• New accounts include free trial credits. Additional credits are sold in packs, billed per the prices shown at checkout.
• One tailoring run consumes one credit. If a run fails on our side, the credit is refunded automatically.
• Credits do not expire. They are tied to your account and are non-transferable.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including: submitting content you don't have the right to use, attempting to break or overload the service, or reselling access without permission.

No guarantee of outcomes

We help you produce a stronger application, but we don't guarantee interviews, job offers, or any specific result. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, resumecopilot is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
