Refund & Cancellation Policy

resumecopilot sells credits for an AI service that delivers results instantly. This policy explains when refunds apply.

Failed runs are refunded automatically

Each tailoring run costs one credit. If a run fails on our side (for example, the AI provider errors out), the credit is returned to your balance automatically — you don't need to ask.

Unused credit packs

If you bought a credit pack and haven't used any of its credits, you can request a full refund within 7 daysof purchase. Email us from your account's email address and we'll refund the original payment method via Razorpay.

Partially used packs

Once you've used credits from a pack, that pack is non-refundable, because the AI results have already been delivered. We may make exceptions at our discretion for genuine billing errors (for example, a duplicate charge).

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, contact us and we'll investigate and refund any error in full.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay and typically appear within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancellation

There's no subscription to cancel — credits are a one-time purchase and never expire. You can stop using the service or delete your account at any time.
